Painted alongside members of Plein Air North East this piece was painted at the far end of the boat club at The Braid overlooking the open expanse of the beautiful Amble Marina. It was quite exposed and windy on this particular day though I loved suggesting the movement of the clouds, picking out a boat on the shoreline and putting in the bright orange buoys on the water.
