Low Hauxley Coastline
Oil on Gesso Board
Image size: 11″ x 14″
I visited Low Hauxley, a place I have come to really enjoy painting, to work from the the sea view beach houses dotted along the coastline. There’s something about a big open sky and the sound of the tranquil sea that always brings me back to the Northumberland coast. These beach houses have a charm all on their own, one of them with a skull and crossbones flag and outdoor chair positioned to appreciate life by the sea.
