Yellow Dandelion with Bluebells was painted in my garden during the lockdown period earlier this year. It was a wonderful opportunity to take notice of my surroundings in the garden and appreciate the life taking place in the new Spring season. I loved the delicacy and colour of the bluebells situated next to the punchy yellow of the dandelion. A subject that so totally captivated me I made a series.
